1 package (16 ounces) ziti or other tubular pasta
2 cups frozen broccoli cuts
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 jar (17 ounces) Alfredo sauce
1 can (14.5 ounces) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
2 teaspoons butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons Italian-style dry bread crumbs
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta as directed on package-except add frozen
broccoli during last minute of cook time. Drain; return to saucepan. Stir in cheese,
Alfredo sauce and tomatoes. Spoon into ungreased 2-quart casserole. Stir together
butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over pasta mixture. Bake about 10 minutes
or until top is golden brown.
