Chicken Tenders (I bought these at Costco)
15 oz. lemon curd
1/3 cup chicken broth
3/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1/3 teaspoon ground ginger
Bake chicken tenders in a 425 degree oven for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the lemon curd, broth, soy sauce and ginger. Cook and stir until combined and heated through; keep warm. Serve cooked chicken tenders with the lemon dipping sauce.
